01Blueprint

Every tile begins as a line.

Size, thickness and pattern are engineered to the millimetre before a single grain of clay is touched.

02Body

Earth, measured.

Clay, feldspar, quartz and sand are milled, blended and dried into a fine body powder.

03Press

Thousands of tonnes. One moment.

A hydraulic press compacts the powder into a dense, perfectly flat biscuit.

04Glaze

Then comes colour.

Glaze and ink bloom across the surface — still soft, still muted, waiting for the kiln.

05Fire

Over a thousand degrees.

In the kiln the body hardens and the glaze melts into glass, locking the colour in for a lifetime.
